haf been working aftn shift dese few days..
thus free in e morn to write blog..
feels gd to b able to update my blog.. haha..

went for e NE show ydae.. tink i missed out quite a lot..
din go for 2nd rehearsal last wk.. duno who's fault..
hehe.. jokin.. quite luan..
almost everyone has got their uniforms.. panic..
cuz we haven got our uniforms..
ask here dun haf.. ask there oso dun haf..
told us to look for e 'busy man'.. e IC in charge of us..
busy man of cuz busy wad.. how to find?? haha..
finally saw another of our IC.. so glad to c him..
asked him where's our uniform.. n out of nowhere..
an army guy pops out wif our uniform.. wah magic.. haha..

settle down for lunch.. KFC.. 2 piece chicken.. 1 mashed potato..
n a bottle of SLIM water.. drink le really can slim?? haha..
after lunch.. assigned to our respective positions..
it looks like everyone noe where dey r supposed to be..
except me n xy.. we look lost.. haha..
found out we 2 r in charge of e barricades..
at east sector.. gate 35 36 37..
main job is to prevent ppl fm crossing over..
but for dis NE show dey din put e barricades..
so our job today is stand ard n zuo bo!!
argh.. pek7.. so we juz sit at e side n wait for e kids to arrive..
watch e busy man walk here walk dere..
everytime he walk pass us..
he will remind us to usher e kids whn dey cum in..
so lor sor like old man..
but my fren say he is juz 1 yr older den us..
cuz she saw his ic no.. we 2 r e little kids.. haha..

after awhile.. i was taken away to help out at e gates..
to help take count of e ppl coming in..
lst time using e 'pacer'.. i tink tts wad its called..
a small round ting wif a ting to press..
hmm.. i duno how to describe.. juz nid to press n press..
n e no will change wif e no of times i press..
kids started coming in.. carrying their funpacks n lunch..
althou dey r all pri5.. but some were so tiny..
n e funpack looks so heavy.. ke lian..
some were big.. taller den me.. hurmph!! haha..
at lst e kids were v disciplined.. came in 2 by 2..
but den.. everyting bcum chaotic..
whn many schs started coming in together..
i lost count duno how many times..
but heck i juz press n press n press.. haha..
one MP told me.. dun u tink dey look like ant colonies??
all swarming in towards e gate.. funny..
sometimes.. NS guys will carry boxes of tibits thru e gates..
n e kids r so cute.. their eyes will light up at e sight of tibits..
n dey keep looking at e police officiers..
look up n down up n down.. haha..
den e busy man go ard.. distributing tibits n SLIM water..
oh.. e tibits r for us not e kids.. my eyes oso light up.. haha..
n saw my pri sch.. Mayflower Primary School!! yeah.. haha..
after pressing for almost 3 hrs.. we got all e kids in..
i still rem e final count was 9999+4612..
finally.. can rest my hand.. so tiring..
i got a paddle pop ice cream!! haha..

so happy.. new flavour de.. e top part is blackcurrent..
outside is ice.. inside is some sort of jelly..
e lower part is orange..
outside is ice.. inside is some sort of cream..
wah.. nv tasted such a nice ice cream.. haha..

went back to join my fren..
busy man go ard telling ppl to gather for dinner..
pizza hut.. a big slice of hawaiian pizza with chicken bits de..
3 drumlets.. 2 garlic bread.. n a bottle of SLIM water..
my 3rd bottle for e day.. yummy.. eat till so full..
saw e helicopters carrying flag fly over..
den e airplanes fly over.. so loud.. can hear e kids screaming..

went in to watch e parade.. wow.. a sea of red screaming kids..
so enthusiastic.. all waving their flags like crazy..
n all ard e stadium can c light from their torches..
we found seats.. n started looking ard..
sad we dun haf torchlights..
saying to my fren we shd use our hps..
den suddenly realise many ppl waving hps..
tts whn we realise.. dis yr's torchlight is a hp!!!
n its a nokia 3200 model.. aiyo so cute.. haha..
e kids wear their caps e other way round..
n put their hp torchlight at their forehead..
u noe.. juz pock e hp into e hole at their caps..
so e light is coming from their forehead..
so cute.. kids r kids.. dey look like repairman.. haha..
i felt tt e performance was quite short.. but of cuz..
e best part was still e fireworks.. so colourful.. so nice..
we were standing in front of dis machine.. at e finale..
we saw NS guys pushing bits n pieces of coloured paper into e machine..
n e machine will blow e papers out high..
e sight was damn funny..
seeing e NS guys pushing e papers in fast..
n e kids ard dem screaming n jumping to grab e papers..
its hard to describe e situation..
but xy n i were juz laughing n laughing..

after e show.. we went out to get ready to usher e kids out..
schs started coming out.. luan agn..
some kids rushing to go to e toilet..
some rushing to keep up wif their teachers..
n teachers worrying abt their students..
e NS guys helping to usher.. kept shouting..
dun run dun run.. bu yao pao bu yao pao..
but do u tink e kids will listen.. haha.. poor NS guys.. shout till no voice..
n whn u say bye bye to e kids..
dey will oso wave n shout bye bye thank you.. so innocent..
a kid run until he dropped his torchlight..
a NS guy picked up assembled it agn..
n i ka po it since e kid is gone n he doesnt wan it..
hehe.. cute.. show u all nxt time..

finally e day ended.. so tired.. was dozing off on e journey hm..
but its really fun.. a great experience..
